Cilantro Chutney


Makes 10 oz

Ingredients:
1 bunch cilantro
1 cubanelle pepper
1 poblano pepper
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 T lemon juice
1/2 T vinegar
1 T lime juice

Directions:
1. thinly slice peppers and blend in food processor with garlic, vinegar and juices.
2. Add cilantro and chop coarsely to desired texture.
