Day 1... Again.

 
Breakfast:  Chocolate chili (modified from the clothes make the girl) & steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
 
 
Lunch:  chopped romaine with Pineapple coconut chicken

 
Dinner: Baked rosemary whiting, steamed garlic brussel sprouts & sweet potatoes
